Travel Family Blog

We’re Justin and Christina.  In 2015, we took first trip abroad together to Italy and Austria, and ever since, we’ve been bitten by the travel  bug.  We spend our winters at home to prepare for epic summer travel.

Over the past eight years we’ve learned to travel lighter, cheaper, and how to survive jet lag with a toddler.

On these pages, we’ll share the our experiences so that you can learn from our successes and misadventures.

We are enchanted with Scotland

We spent 16 days in Scotland in 2018; we traveled via bus, train, car, ferry, and plane. We ended our trip in Edinburgh at the Fringe Festival. This is one of our favorite counties, and one we hope to experience again with our daughter. We’re thinking the next time we may need a camper van.

We are obsessed with Iceland.

We spent 1 week in Iceland for our honeymoon, and Justin returned back to a guys’ trip to hike the Laugavegur trail in 2021.

We are National Park Lovers.

Before her fourth birthday, our daughter visited 8 national parks in the US and Canada.

Our dream is to one day see them all.
